Lionsgate dropped the trailer for Vanquish. And Ruby Rose kicks ass in this trailer. The action packed thriller stars Ruby Rose and Academy Award winner Morgan Freeman. Supporting cast includes Nick Vallelonga, Miles Doleac, Patrick Muldoon, Juju Journey Brener and Julie Lott.
George Gallo directed Vanquish. In addition, Gallo wrote the script along with Samuel Bartlett. Gallo has written films such as Midnight Run, Columbus Circle and The Whole Ten Yards.
This new film follows Victoria, played by Rose. The Batwoman actor’s character is “trying to put her dark past as Russian drug courier behind her.” However, a retired cop forces Victoria to do his bidding by holding her daughter hostage. She now must use “guns, guts, and a motorcycle to take out a series of violent gangsters” in order to see her child again.
Vanquish will release on Digital and On Demand April 23, 2021. The Blu-ray and DVD will be available for purchase on April 27, 2021.
The Blu-ray features the Vanquish movie poster artwork. A digital copy is included with purchase of the physical disc.
