‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ Tickets Crashes Ticketing Sites

Spider-Man No Way Way Home tickets went on sale at 12:01am EST. However, sites such AMC Theatres promptly crashed due to the influx of moviegoers seeking tickets. For example, Fandango shows an “HTTP Error 503” screen when searching for tickets. Furthermore, AMC’s website says “It’s Busy at the Box Office. We’re experiencing heavy website traffic. Please try again in a few minutes.”

Regal Theatres’ site is showing an Error 504. Furthermore, it suggests trying again in a few minutes.

Spider-Man No Way Way Home opens in theatres December 17, 2021. Here is the official synopsis:

For the first time in the cinematic history of Spider-Man, our friendly neighborhood hero’s identity is revealed, bringing his Super Hero responsibilities into conflict with his normal life and putting those he cares about most at risk.
