In a tightly contested Halloween weekend at the domestic box office (October 30–November 1, 2026), A24’s viral sensation You Can See Everything climbed into first place in its third week of wide release, edging out Warner Bros. and DC Studios’ Clayface.
Driven by strong word-of-mouth and an expansion into 3,243 locations, You Can See Everything grossed $10,600,685 over the three-day frame, pushing its domestic cumulative total to $63,882,597. Produced for a modest budget of $7 million, the biographical documentary—which chronicles the saga of Theranos founder Elizabeth Holmes—continues to showcase remarkable legs. With this weekend’s performance, the secret Telluride debut has officially surpassed Civil War and Everything Everywhere All at Once to become A24’s third highest-grossing domestic release of all time.
Narrowly settling into the runner-up position, DC’s R-rated horror hit Clayface brought in $10,400,000 across 3,478 screens in its second frame. Despite dropping 56.7% from its opening frame, the $40 million production reached key financial milestones this weekend. Its domestic running total now sits at $44,064,000, matching its core production budget in just 10 days, while its worldwide box office crossed $83 million. The total pushes Clayface past The Substance ($77 million) to become the highest-grossing R-rated body-horror film in cinema history.
Laika’s animated adventure Wildwood held steady in third place with $7,491,417 across 2,939 theaters, bringing its cume near $25.9 million. Fourth place went to horror entry Wicker, which expanded its theater count by 903 locations to gross $4,125,000 (-28.2%). Capcom video game adaptation Street Fighter rounded out the top five, collecting $3,200,000 for a domestic total of $53 million.
