Brie Larson’s Custom Van Is Designed By Batmobile Creators

Brie Larson unveiled her custom camper van today. In a YouTube video, the Captain Marvel star walks fans through the design, build out and the final van. Nissan provided what appears to be one of their NV Cargo Vans with a high roof.

The Academy Award winning actress had some must-haves, including a comfortable mattress, an incredible kitchen, disco ball and a projector to watch films outside. Larson created an “extensive list” of what she wanted to help her go on adventures while traveling in the van.

“I feel like I’m a pretty big thinker. And whenever I meet people who can think bigger than I can, I get super excited.”

Brie worked with Vehicle Effects, the firm that produced cars for movies like the Fast & Furious series and even worked on the Tumbler Batmobile from the Dark Knight trilogy. Therefore, it is safe to say that Brie and her Nissan van are in good hands.

Brie and the team utilized Pinterest boards to share ideas of what she wanted. The team said the van would be insulated for sound and temperature. They wanted privacy and airflow, so windows were designed for the back of the van.

The Room star showed a subsequent visit to the custom vehicle team. At that point the team showed a tent that would extend from the back of the Nissan van.

Resplendent in a Lee blue denim outfit, Brie toured the progress on the van.

Brie also grabbed tools and helped the team on part of the van modifications. She also reviewed the interior. One question she had was where would her Nintendo Switch go.
