A significant shift is happening in the national media landscape! Gannett Co., Inc., one of America’s largest news publishers, is officially rebranding as USA TODAY Co., Inc., effective November 18. This exciting corporate name change and rebranding strategy embraces the powerful legacy of its most recognized masthead, USA TODAY, while signaling a bold, trusted future in the digital media world.

The Company’s common stock will also debut on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the new ticker symbol TDAY starting November 18.
