The Athletic and BetMGM Unveil Partnership

The Athletic digital sports media company and BetMGM have agreed to a partnership. BetMGM is now The Athletic’s exclusive sports betting partner in the United States. The Athletic is creating “The Athletic Betting Hub.” This is a new content vertical for The Athletic. Expect further content and product integrations between the two firms

The Athletic states that they have one million subscribers worldwide. The site covers nearly 300 pro and collegiate teams and clubs in the U.S., Canada and UK. 400 full time writers fuel content on the site.

The new betting hub on The Athletic will offer sports betting content, live odds and exclusive offers powered by BetMGM.

The BetMGM mobile app is currently live in 10 states and is available for download on both iOS and Android, as well as accessible via desktop at www.betmgm.com. BetMGM’s integration with MGM Resorts’ M life Rewards program allows BetMGM users, in legal playing states, the opportunity to redeem their gameplay for world-class experiences at MGM Resorts properties nationwide.
