Dirks, Van Essen & April, the Santa Fe, New Mexico firm, represented Thirteenth Street Media in the deal. Terms were not disclosed but the media merger and acquisition firm says the deal will be finalized April 30.

Strickbine told TucsonSentinel.com that his “plan is to continue publishing all publications in the portfolio, and to do so with all of the current staff members.” Strickbine’s Times Media Group was founded in 1997 when he left his CPA career to pursue his publishing dream. The Phoenix and Tucson focused company publishes 14 titles, including newspapers, magazines and websites. In addition, AZ Integrated Media, a distribution and custom publishing company is part of his portfolio.
