Vizzy Hard Seltzer wants to make it easier for us to forget the year 2020. It has combined forces with 2000s icon, Vitamin C, to remake her classic hit Graduation (Friends Forever). The song is a karaoke favorite and soundtrack to endless school memory compilations. Graduation (Friends Forever) peaked at #38 on the Billboard charts on June 10, 2000.
The remade version updates the Y2K hit to 2020. Quarantine living, failed fitness goals and murder hornets all make the new mix. Find the track on Apple Music, iTunes, Spotify and on Vizzy’s YouTube.
Vitamin C is donating her appearance fee to the United States Bartenders’ Guild’s National Charity Foundation and its Bartender Emergency Assistance Program. This program offers a safety net for hospitality industry workers and for the COVID-19 LA County Response Fund. Vizzy Hard Seltzer is also matching the Smile singer’s donation.
“When Vizzy approached me about creating a send-off to the year 2020 in song,” said artist Vitamin C, “I saw an unexpected opportunity to do some good, raise some money for COVID relief charities and take a look back at a rough year we won’t soon forget.”
Vizzy is a unique hard seltzer. It contains the antioxidant vitamin C and four different flavors: Pineapple Mango, Black Cherry Lime, Blueberry Pomegranate and Strawberry Kiwi.
